    They use La Marzocco GS3 (about 7000 USD) which is the brand’s top model for "home-use" but also a frequent favourite for catering or small cafes (a tiny coffee shop just a few minutes off where I live use one) and a step above La Marzocco's Linea Mini (about 4500 USD). The grinder seems to be an Eureka Atom (judging from the button/display layout and, more importantly, the size, shape, and transparent hopper) which is considerably slower than three 800-watt Atom Specialty 75s we could see being aplauded in one of recent videos. 🙂 However, I am scared when looking at using unfiltered and thus hard water from the tap. Have you, at least, put some softener into the reservoir?
