No idea why you aren't so popular!! I am gonna try this now and comment how it turned out ..
Edit- I made it just like this. It was super super good! At first I thought it might be too sweet with all brown sugar, banana, etc, but yummmmmmmm… Love from India, thank you for the recipe ❤️❤️

I make coffee in a regular coffee maker and grind my beans fresh.

I NEVER knew about packing the grounds but I tried it this moening and it WORKED!
My coffee tastes much more robust!
    Thank you Fabio!

Wow, you've taken both French toast and banana toast to a whole new level – can't wait to try this!! And the espresso! OMG!

Great recipe. I'll try it tomorrow. However, I would finish it up with a dash of the proverbial cinnamon, right?

Oh my – way to tease the "Shut-in!" 🙂

Question to FabVivCo or the audience: anyone know when fabioviviani.com website is coming back online? Went to look up a recipe, got a "down for maintenance" message since last week. Site is actually there, and using a full but invalid URL results in a 404-Not Found message, while a known valid URL results in the maintenance message.

No disrespect to Mrs V (or my beloved) ya know what would be a wonderful surprise?
If Fabio cooked that for me! Lol!
