Theo, I loved this video and am inspired to use my Bialetti pot more often. My problem is that I have a gas stove, and the burners are large and too strong for my Bialetti pot… even at the lowest setting, the flame is larger than the pot circumference. I have tried to use a diffuser, but it does not work that well..Do you have any suggestions for me? Do you suggest that I get a setup like the one in your video? If so, what exactly is it, and where can I get it? I look forward to more of your videos. Can you do one on the Bellman stove top milk steamer/frother? I just purchased one and I need to master its learning curve..I know that some help from you would be very beneficial to me.. Thank you so much.
