    Nice work! I am going to employ some of your multitasking techniques. At my cafe, we are not allowed to steam without holding the pitchers. So, we can't set them down and let them steam. But, your milk-sharing technique and fast pouring are awesome. You are an inspiration!

    Dritan is one the best baristas in the world. I really respect him. But doing only cappuccino with one type of milk and all in same size cups is not that hard. I am from Melbourne and here we have to do cappuccino, latte, flatwhite…… in 3 sizes 8,12. & 16 oz. with 6 different milks: full cream, skim, soy, almond, coconut, lactose free.
    Imagine orders of different size, different coffees with different milk. You can’t froth two jugs of same milk and devide between coffees.

    ONCE AGAIN BIG CHHERS TO DRITAN, I AM ONE OF HIS BIGGEST FANS.

    Hello, i wanna know the different between cappuccino and latte.
    Because, what i see is those 2 use espresso and milk only, so what make the different ?😅

    I’m sorry, but any barista should know that cappuccino has chocolate sprinkle on the top, sorry this ain’t a cappuccino more a latte

    pshhhhhh now have every one slightly modified , almond milk , 2 sugars , 2 splendas , 160 degrees , light foam , wet , dry . ALL THIS WOULD TAKE LONGER .Dont come at me with weak bullsh@^#%

    This is impossible without perfect knowledge of the process. When he took a pouring how will he does the Espresso extraction timing was before or after the pouring, The choice is very tricky. I wanna follow your instagram. Well done!!
